Delivery, Post and Packing

Our priority is to only use recycled and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and bio-degradable materials and we endeavour to do so whenever possible. We will often reuse packaging materials if they are in good condition.

Your order will be despatched speedily by the Post Office or our courier service on any day Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

We deliver parcels mainly to Mainland UK and European Union. Delivery costs include packaging, insurance and are dependant on the destination country. We have a delivery charge of £2.99 on orders up to £35.99, £3.99 on orders above £36 and £4.99 on orders £75 and over to Mainland UK.

* Special Delivery™ (next working day) is subject to stock and orders received by 12pm - Monday to Thursday.

Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and payment of an order. Delivery should take up to 3 working days, although please allow up to 14 days.

Please make sure you give the correct address for the recipient. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, hospitals or airports. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error.

Please note that the carrier is only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote. We regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s).

Should no one be at home at time of delivery and the recipient fail to make collection from the carrier in good time, the item will be returned to us. Once the goods are returned to us we regret we cannot refund postage costs and additional charges will be made if re-delivery to that or an alternative address is requested.

Unfortunately, at the present time the gift wrapping option is not available.
