Access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Throughout these conditions the following words and expressions shall have the following meaning:

'We', 'Our', 'Us' - refers to Pure Baby World, which is part of Vincent et Olive®.

'You', 'Your', 'Yourself' - any person purchasing a product from the Pure Baby World website.

'Product' - any item sold on the Pure Baby World website including baby clothes, bedding and accessories.

Order Information:

You can view all our items and place your order online at www.purebabyworld.co.uk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Secure Payments:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed on a server offering the highest level of security. All oupayments are processed by Google Checkout,  and we do not collect and have no access to your payment details.

Goods will be dispatched once funds have been cleared by our bank. If you would like to pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact us.

VAT:

Baby clothes are zero rated. Some products like bedding and accessories have VAT charged at the applicable rate.

Stock Availability:

We do our best to have stock available at all times however due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. Please check our website for up to date stock information. If some items appear as out of stock please be assured we are doing our best to have them available soon.

Please check back again if the item you would like to order is currently out of stock. You can always contact us if you would like more information on when an item is available again.

Cancellations:   

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us using our 'Contact us' page. It would be helpful if you could have your order number and date of order to hand.

Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 10 working days of delivery (please see our Returns Policy for further details).

If you have cancelled your order before it has been sent to you, your order will be stopped and you will be sent a full refund.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information about you to process your order or to ocassionally inform you about new products or promotions but only if you subscribe to our newsletter . We will never share your details with any other person or company. 
 
We will not use our database to email you or send you mail in the future once your order has been processed unless you have consented by indicating this consent in your registration. You can indicate this consent by registering your details and subscribing to our newsletter. If you choose to signup to our website you can alter your registration details at any time after during the checkout process. If you forget your password you can request that it be sent to the registered email address.

Complaints:

If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our website or service please contact us using our 'Contact us' page. Customer satisfaction is of our highest priority and we will endeavour to resolve any issues accordingly.

Any disputes which we are unable to resolve will be subject to English Law.

Limitation of Liability:

We accept no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to any item delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

We do not offer any warranties and shall not be liable for loss, damage, deterioration, wear or expense arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with minor variations in colour, texture, shade and/or general appearance from that shown on our website.

We do not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

All other brand, product names and images appearing on this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any images and/or product descriptions used by us have been used upon permission from our suppliers.

Care instructions:

To maintain the quality of baby clothes and products made in organic cotton, you should only use biodegradable detergent without optic whiteners. The products must dry in the shade. As organic products have a natural pigmentation, the colours get brighter after washing.

Please follow the washing instructions attached to each garment.

Miscellaneous:

We make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate; however slight variations in size and colour may occur.

There may also be slight variations in colour of the garments. This situation is very likely to occur and is due to the natural way the organic cotton is grown.

These Terms and Conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by us without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Limitation of Liability and Privacy Policy shall survive any termination.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights.
